Demolition & Lot Clearing
We work as a demolition contractor Phoenix builders rely on for both replacement-build tear-downs and standalone demo or lot clearing - houses, outbuildings, foundations, slabs, pools, retaining walls.
How We Approach demolition contractor Phoenix
Demolition is more about planning than horsepower. First, we disconnect utilities and identify hazards. Then we sequence the take-down so nothing damages what's staying. Finally, we haul everything off to the appropriate facility. Houses, outbuildings, slabs, foundations, retaining walls and old pools all come down differently. So we plan the bid around what's actually in the ground - not a guess from the curb. Where pre-1980s structures are involved, we coordinate asbestos surveys and abatement up front. That way the demo schedule doesn't stall halfway through.
In addition, on lot-clearing jobs we strip vegetation, remove debris and grade the site. As a result, the lot is ready for survey, layout or the next contractor. Whether you're prepping for a custom build, a manufactured home or a future sale, you get a buildable canvas with no leftover surprises.

Demolition & Lot Clearing FAQs
Do you pull the demo permit?+
We can pull it on residential demos in most jurisdictions we work in, or work under a permit you've already obtained.
How do I know if there's asbestos?+
Pre-1980s structures need an asbestos survey before demo. We coordinate with a certified surveyor and abatement contractor as needed.
Can you demo an existing pool?+
Yes - break-out, partial fill, or full removal and engineered backfill. We match it to whatever the next use of the lot requires.
What happens to the debris?+
We separate recyclables (concrete, steel) where it makes sense and haul the remainder to a permitted landfill or transfer station.
Will I be left with a buildable site?+
That's the goal. We strip, clear and rough-grade so the next phase - pad, foundation, whatever - can start without rework.
