Meanwhile, on hillside lots we plan the access and any retaining work as part of the bid. That up-front planning is the difference between a smooth two-day dig and a week of fighting the site.

Can you handle the spoils?+
Yes, we haul off all excavated material as standard. If you want to use it as fill elsewhere on the lot, we'll grade it in.
How tight an access can you fit through?+
We have equipment sized for typical residential side-yard access. Tell us your gate width and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you set the rebar and forms?+
We dig and form. Rebar and shotcrete are typically the pool builder's scope, though we'll coordinate timing with them.
What about the plumbing trenches?+
We trench for the pool plumbing as part of the dig so the plumber can drop pipe right after we finish.
